What a half-day city tour includes
The usual route, four to five hours:

- Ba Na Hills — cable car and the Golden Bridge; a whole day
- Hoi An — the old town, often combined with the Bay Mau coconut forest
- Hue — over the Hai Van Pass; a long day trip, but it works
Combos and tours starting from other provinces
A "Da Nang combo" is usually flights plus hotel and nothing else. That is where budgets go wrong: a combo from Ho Chi Minh City or Can Tho looks cheap, but every local journey is still on you — and Da Nang's worthwhile sights are scattered 8 to 40 km around the centre.
The honest sum is: combo price + airport transfer + daily transport. Check airport transfer rates and day-hire rates before you compare.

Not everything worth seeing needs a ticket:

A private tour carries only your party, leaves when you want, and lets you linger or skip a stop. Group is cheaper for one or two people; from three or four up, private usually costs about the same and is far more comfortable.
What does a half-day Da Nang city tour usually include?
