在岘港怎么走:出租车、Grab、包车还是公交——真实费用对比

Da Nang is easy to move around: wide roads, far less congestion than Hanoi or Saigon, and the main sights close together. The question is not whether you can get around but which option fits your group. Here is the comparison by real cost.

Inside the city

Grab is the default: 30,000–60,000₫ for short hops, fare shown before you book. It surges at peak times and in rain, when cars also get scarce.

Taxis (Mai Linh, Vinasun, Tien Sa) cost 10–20% more but are always around, which matters when it rains. Ask for the meter.

City buses are 5,000–10,000₫ a ride and cover the main roads. Cheap, slow, rarely used by visitors.

Rented motorbike 100,000–180,000₫ a day — the most freedom if you ride confidently and the weather is dry. See our detailed guide to renting a motorbike in Da Nang.

ℹ️ Handy geography: My Khe beach, Dragon Bridge, Han Market and the Love Bridge all sit within about 5 km of the centre — a walk or a short ride.

Getting out to the sights

This is where the choice really matters. For places 20–40 km out, Grab charges each leg separately and the return is the problem: at the top of Son Tra or the Ba Na gate late in the day, cars are hard to find.

Choosing by group size

  • One or two people, city only: Grab or a motorbike
  • Two people, one trip out and back: a per-route car — fare known, return sorted
  • Three or more: a car is almost always cheaper per head
  • Two or three sights in a day: hire by the day — the driver waits instead of you re-booking each leg
💡 From experience: If your plan is Ba Na in the morning and Hoi An in the afternoon, a full-day car usually costs less than three separate Grabs — before counting the time spent waiting.

Practical notes

  • September to December brings sudden heavy rain — having a roof matters more than you expect
  • Drink-driving penalties are severe: if you have had a beer, do not ride
  • Cars cannot enter the Hoi An Old Town core; you are dropped at a lot outside
  • The Dragon Bridge breathes fire on Saturday and Sunday nights — that area gets busy and parking is hard

FAQ

Grab or taxi in Da Nang?

Inside the city Grab is usually 10–20% cheaper and you see the fare up front. Taxis are easier in rain or at peak hours, when Grab surges and cars are scarce.

How do I reach Ba Na Hills or Son Tra?

For sights 20–40 km out — Ba Na, Marble Mountains, Son Tra — a per-route or full-day car beats Grab: Grab charges each leg separately and getting a ride back from a quiet spot is hard.

What does a day of getting around cost?

Pottering around town by Grab runs about 200,000–300,000₫ a day for two. If you are visiting two or three outlying sights, hiring a car for the day usually costs less and wastes less time waiting.
